Welcome to Midland Community Healthcare Services
We understand that most patients are anxious about seeing the dentist. It is normal and okay to feel so and we will be doing our best to work with you. We urge you to be at our clinic 30 minutes before your appointment so you may have enough time to fill in paperwork and have eligibility and insurance verification done. Our front office should have all your paperwork done and your chart ready in 30 minutes, if not; please go up to the front and ask to speak with the office co-coordinator. We are the only facility in the area catering to such a diverse patient pool and it is important that we be able to see everybody and for this it is important that you understand that being late or missing appointments without notice will cause inconvenience for us and we may not be able to deliver effective care to each and every patient. Also, on the same note any cancellations have to be informed and a note made in the chart. Please let us have a notice of at least 24 hours or more if you cannot come in so somebody else may have that appointment and we urge to call us at: 685-0450 to inform us of any changes in plans. However, we do understand that sometimes things happen and cancellations have to be made. The first appointment is usually a check up with x-rays and then an appointment for a cleaning will be made; during the 2nd appointment regular care continues. A typical session lasts for 1 hour so please make accommodations for this time. We strive to offer high quality dentistry: no less.
